Siyan Technology was invited to give a lecture at the APEC “New Paradigm of Digital Resilience for SMEs Forum” to share its insights on digital member management.

To help Taiwanese SMEs recover from the pandemic, APEC launched the “SME Digital Resilience New Paradigm Forum” digital showcase in July this year, with the goal of “strengthening enterprise digital resilience and achieving sustainable online and offline operations.” The forum invited enterprises to discuss topics such as “digital operations” and “MarTech marketing” and bring together practical methods.

Mr. Chen Zhenhao, Chief Strategy Officer of Siyan Technology and founder of its parent company Digit Spark, was invited by APEC to participate in this event. He gave a speech entitled “Understanding Market Demands: Business Service Modeling”, sharing his observations and corresponding solutions when planning member interaction and community management for micro and small enterprises.
