To help Taiwanese SMEs recover from the pandemic, APEC launched the “SME Digital Resilience New Paradigm Forum” digital showcase in July this year, with the goal of “strengthening enterprise digital resilience and achieving sustainable online and offline operations.” The forum invited enterprises to discuss topics such as “digital operations” and “MarTech marketing” and bring together practical methods.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Chen Zhenhao, Chief Strategy Officer of Siyan Technology and founder of its parent company Digit Spark, was invited by APEC to participate in this event. He gave a speech entitled “Understanding Market Demands: Business Service Modeling”, sharing his observations and corresponding solutions when planning member interaction and community management for micro and small enterprises.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

For example, membership management, user analysis, online and offline event integration, etc. These intricate marketing details are crucial for “small service industry operators” and “local businesses that rely heavily on member repurchase rates” to determine whether they can operate in the long term.<\/span><\/p>\n

By effectively utilizing data tools for integration, businesses can not only provide consumers with timely, convenient, and thoughtful services, but more importantly, by collecting consumer data, they can further discover areas for improvement within the company itself, and identify marketing pain points that urgently need to be addressed.<\/span><\/p>\n
